Directions

1. From Pinedale, go south on US Hwy 191 about 0.6 miles then turn left on Pole Creek Road at the Half Moon Wildlife Habitat Area Sign

2. Follow Pole Creek Road for approximately 5 miles, until the pavement ends.

3. Continue on the dirt road another 5 miles to Hidden Heart Ranch, follow the map and posted signs.

4. All lands on both sides of the road are private, please stay on roadway.

Pinedale is located on US Hwy 191, 100 miles from Rock Springs, Wyoming and I-80 take the Elk Street Exit north.

From Jackson, it is 77 miles,  take US 191/89 south to Hoback Junction turn left on US 191/189 to Pinedale. We are on the most direct and scenic route to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. Spend a night or week at the un-crowded side of Yellowstone at Hidden Heart Ranch.
